Eventually, Happy Foods had to expand and be rebranded to be International for Commercial Agencies, a growing franchise holder that with a portfolio of F&B brands that includes Buffalo Burger, Ice & Chill, and Eisha Shawarma, an emerging Egyptian Shawarma brand with a plan to expand in more than 10 branches around Egypt, Turkey and Kuwait.
